Inside is operated by Volha Budzko, an independent business owner based in Warsaw, Poland.
For the purposes of applicable data-protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), Volha Budzko is the controller of personal data processed through Inside unless otherwise stated.

3. No user account
Inside does not currently require you to create a user account or username.
However, the App may use device, installation, subscription, or internal identifiers to associate stored information with a particular App installation and provide features such as journal storage, mood tracking, and progress tracking.

• Store and display journal entries, mood information, and progress
• Provide guided meditations, audio resets, programs, timers, and reminders
• Recognise subscription status and unlock paid functionality
• Process and manage purchases through Apple and RevenueCat
• Analyse App usage and improve features, usability, and performance
• Fix bugs, prevent fraud, and maintain security
• Measure marketing campaigns and determine how users discovered the App
• Provide customer support
• Comply with legal obligations
• Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
• Send service-related communications where appropriate
We do not use journal entries to provide medical diagnoses or psychotherapeutic treatment.

Journal entries and mood information may reveal personal or sensitive details depending on what you choose to enter.We process this information to provide the journal, mood tracker, progress, and related App functionality.You control what you enter into the App. You should not include information that you do not want stored on our systems.You may delete individual journal entries using the available functionality inside the App.

7. How information is stored
Information used by Inside, including journal, mood, and progress data, may be stored on servers used by us and our service providers.We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, misuse, or disclosure.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Service providers and data sharing
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate, analyse, monetise, secure, and market Inside.These providers may include:

App Store purchases, subscriptions, free trials, payments, and certain device and platform information.
RevenueCat
RevenueCat assists with subscription management, purchase validation, subscription status, and transaction-related analytics.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics may help us understand how users interact with the App, measure feature usage, and analyse App performance.
Meta SDK and Facebook Analytics technologies
Meta technologies may be used for analytics, campaign measurement, advertising attribution, and measuring actions taken after viewing or interacting with advertisements.
TikTok SDK
TikTok technologies may be used for advertising attribution, campaign measurement, analytics, and conversion tracking.
AppsFlyer
AppsFlyer provides mobile attribution and marketing analytics. It may help us understand how users discovered Inside and whether advertising campaigns led to App installations, subscriptions, or other actions.
These providers may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, App events, campaign information, subscription events, and other technical or usage information, depending on your permissions and device settings.
We may also disclose information:

• To protect users, our rights, or the security of Inside
• In connection with a business restructuring, sale, merger, or transfer
• With your consent or at your direction
We do not sell journal entries or mood information.
9. Tracking and App Tracking Transparency
Some analytics, attribution, and advertising activities may involve tracking across apps or services operated by different companies.Where required by Apple or applicable law, Inside will request your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing the device’s advertising identifier or engaging in tracking.
You may deny or later change tracking permission through:

You may still use Inside if you decline tracking permission, although certain advertising measurement may be less accurate.
10. International data transfers
Some service providers may process information in countries outside Poland or the European Economic Area.Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or another lawful transfer mechanism.Information may also be subject to the laws of the country in which a service provider operates.
11. Data retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide App functionality, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.Journal, mood, and progress information may be retained while it remains associated with your App installation or until it is deleted or a valid deletion request is completed.Subscription, financial, fraud-prevention, and transaction records may be retained for longer where required by tax, accounting, consumer-protection, or other laws.Information may remain temporarily in encrypted or restricted backups until those backups are securely overwritten or deleted through our ordinary retention process.

Inside may offer reminders or notifications.Notifications are sent only when enabled through the App and your iOS settings.

Disabling notifications does not delete other information stored through the App.
14. Children’s privacy
Inside is intended for users aged 13 and older.We do not knowingly make the App available to children under 13 or knowingly collect personal data from them.Where applicable law requires parental or guardian consent for a user below a higher age, that user may use Inside only with valid parental or guardian authorisation.If you believe that a child has provided information unlawfully or without required consent, contact us at insideapp9@gmail.com, and we will take reasonable steps to review and delete the information where appropriate.

We take reasonable measures designed to protect information, including appropriate access controls, technical safeguards, and restrictions on access to stored information.You are also responsible for securing your device and preventing unauthorised access to Inside, especially because the App may contain private journal and mood information.

Inside may contain links to or interact with services operated by third parties.We do not control the independent privacy practices of Apple, RevenueCat, Google, Meta, TikTok, AppsFlyer, or other third parties. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.We encourage you to review their policies.
