These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Inside mobile application (“Inside,” the “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Inside is operated by Volha Budzko, an independent business owner based in Warsaw, Poland.
By downloading, accessing, purchasing a subscription to, or using Inside, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. About Inside
Inside is an iOS wellness application that provides features including:
guided meditations;
short audio resets;
wellness programs;
journal tools;
mood tracking;
a meditation timer;
reminders;
progress tracking.
Features and content may be added, modified, suspended, or removed from time to time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Inside.Where the laws of your country require parental or guardian consent for users below a higher age, you may use the App only with the permission and supervision of your parent or legal guardian.By using Inside, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirements and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.This policy does not apply to:
3. No User Account
Inside does not currently require users to create an account or username.Certain information, including journal entries, mood information, progress data, subscription information, and technical identifiers, may still be stored or processed to provide the App’s functionality, as explained in our Privacy Policy.You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security controls on your device, including passwords, Face ID, Touch ID, and device access settings.
4. Subscriptions
Inside offers automatically renewing subscription plans, which may include:
weekly subscriptions;
monthly subscriptions;
annual subscriptions.
The current price, billing period, available features, and other purchase details are displayed in the App before you confirm your purchase.
Payments are processed through your Apple ID and the Apple App Store.
We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details.Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled through your Apple account settings before the renewal date.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through:iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Inside
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.Inside does not currently require users to create an account or username.
5. Free trial
Eligible users may receive a three-day free trial with the monthly subscription.Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the monthly subscription will automatically begin, and Apple will charge the subscription price shown at the time of purchase.Trial availability may be limited to eligible users and may be changed or discontinued at any time. Apple determines eligibility for introductory offers through the App Store.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel an active subscription at any time through your Apple subscription settings. Cancellation prevents future renewals, but you may continue using paid features until the end of the current billing period.
Purchases, billing, cancellations, and refund requests are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms and refund policies.
Unless required by applicable law, we cannot issue refunds directly for purchases processed through the App Store.
7. Wellness and medical disclaimer
Inside provides general wellness and educational content only.Inside does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or psychotherapeutic services. The App does not diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition and is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.You should consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding any medical or mental health concerns.Inside is not intended for crisis or emergency use. If you believe that you or another person may be in immediate danger, may harm yourself or someone else, or requires urgent assistance, contact your local emergency services or an appropriate crisis-support service immediately.Your use of meditation, breathing, journaling, or other wellness exercises is voluntary and at your own discretion.
8. Journal and mood information
Inside allows you to enter journal content and mood-related information.You retain ownership of the original content you enter. You grant us a limited right to process and store that content only as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the App and provide its features to you.You may delete individual journal entries through the available App functionality.You must not use the journal or any other feature to store content that is illegal, infringes another person’s rights, or contains malicious software or code.Please review our Privacy Policy for more information about how this information is processed.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
• Use Inside for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Interfere with the operation or security of the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or reproduce the App except where permitted by mandatory law
• Copy, record, distribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly display our meditations, audio, programs, texts, visual materials, or other content
• Use automated tools to extract data or content from the App
• Bypass subscription restrictions or access controls
• Use our intellectual property for commercial purposes without written permission
10. Intellectual property
Inside and all materials made available through the App, including its name, branding, interface, software, audio recordings, meditations, programs, texts, illustrations, graphics, design elements, and other original content, are owned by or licensed to Volha Budzko and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Inside and access its content for your own non-commercial wellness purposes.No ownership rights are transferred to you.
11. No offline downloads
Inside does not currently provide permanent offline downloads of its audio or other content.You may not separately download, record, reproduce, extract, or distribute content from the App unless we have expressly authorised it.
12. Third-party services
Inside uses third-party technologies and service providers, including services related to:
• Subscription management
• Analytics
• Advertising measurement
• Attribution
• Application performance and functionality
These may include RevenueCat, Google Analytics, Meta technologies, TikTok technologies, AppsFlyer, and Apple services.Your use of certain third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.More information is available in our Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inside is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.We do not guarantee that:
• The App will meet every personal expectation or objective
• Meditation or wellness content will produce a particular result
• All content will be suitable for every individual
• The App will always be available or free from errors
• Information provided through the App will be complete or appropriate for every situation
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Volha Budzko will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from your use of or inability to use Inside.We are not responsible for decisions made in reliance on wellness content, interruption of access, device problems, third-party services, or loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
16. Suspension of access
We may restrict or terminate access to Inside where reasonably necessary because of:•
A serious or repeated breach of these Terms
• Unlawful or fraudulent use
• An attempt to compromise the security or operation of the App
• A legal or regulatory obligation
• Discontinuation of the AppWhere reasonably possible, we will provide appropriate notice.
Termination of access does not automatically cancel a subscription managed through Apple. You remain responsible for cancelling subscriptions through your Apple account.
17. Privacy
Your use of Inside is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information.Please review the Privacy Policy before using the App.
18. Governing law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Poland, except where the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence give you the right to bring a claim before another court.Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer protections available to you under the laws of your country of residence.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Inside, our business practices, applicable laws, or technical requirements.The updated version will be published with a revised effective date. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where reasonably required.Your continued use of Inside after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
